Our It's a simple kitchen with a focus on raw materials and quality. Our menus are pretty "short": five appetizers, four first courses, four second courses and four dessert.., plus a different extra dish every day that follows the the seasonality of the products is as much as possible. On average every month and a half
we completely renew the menù just to give our customers the possibility to try new dishes between visits and the other with ingredients which are always at the top of their seasonality. We firmly believe in the idea of a kitchen that represents the territory and the context in which it is inserted, even if we cannot speak strictly of "kilometer zero" but in the Our dishes use almost exclusively Piedmontese products. To complete the gastronomic proposal for lunch, there is a Bistrot menu with dishes prepared in street food style and always in an express way with local and first quality products.
